Gaurav Yeola, who brings over 19 years of experience in pharmaceutical process research to Aventus Labs. With a postgraduate degree in Chemistry, Gaurav possesses deep expertise in synthetic organic chemistry and API process development.
Gaurav specializes in multistep synthesis and the seamless translation of complex chemistry from laboratory scale to full commercial production.

Sachin C. Shirke is an accomplished analytical scientist and research leader with over two and half decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has extensive expertise includes development of analytical methodlologies and validation, characterization studies, elemental and genotoxic impurities assessment, polymorphic studies, and advanced instrumental techniques. He has successfully led teams, collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders, and contributed extensively to analytical strategies supporting pharmaceutical product development.
